Shipping times & rates. 

Sustainable Youth orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".

Our standard shipping method is via FedEx Ground. We do offer faster service via Next Day Air and Second Day Air.

Note:

• Orders Placed after 12pm EST, are processed next business day. If placed Friday after 12pm, it is processed on Monday.
• FedEx Ground cannot ship to a PO Box and Only FedEx 2nd Day can be used for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our current shipping rates are as follows:

• Standard: $8.95 (order will arrive in approx. 5-7 business days) 
• 2nd Day: $14.95
• Next Day: $21.95
• International: $28.50 USD

International orders.

Our current international shipping rate is: $28.50 USD

For shipments outside the United States, you may be additionally charged service fees, duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order as it is coming from outside of your country. Any duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are your sole responsibility. Unfortunately, we are not able to calculate what duties and/or taxes are applicable for each specific country.

Returns and replacements.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer a refund, providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at info@sustainableyouth.com for a return authorization. We aim to handle your returns within 10 working days of receiving the goods. Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

Can I track my order?

Once the order is processed, our system will send a Shipping Confirmation email to you, which will include a FEDEX tracking number. You can use this information to track your order. Please note, you can begin to track your package after 8:00pm the night the order is processed. Both sustainableyouth.com and FEDEX.com will have tracking information. Feel free to email info@sustainableyouth.com with any queries regarding your order.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize, currently we are unable to ship to APO/FPO & PO Boxes. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Does anyone else see the information I provide?

No. All information you provide to us will not be shared with any third party. You can review our PRIVACY & SECURITY guidelines on our website.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, Sustainable Youth® does not conduct any animal testing on its products, nor do its products contain any animal-derived ingredients.
