RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
In order to return an item, within 120 days of the date your order was shipped, you may email us at customerservice@sustainableyouth.com or call (888) 246-1993 to request a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back to us and or to receive credit. In your email, please fill in the subject as "Return Request" and in the body of your email, include your full name, Order Number, phone number where you can be reached, and the reason you are requesting a return or credit. Returns will neither be accepted nor refunded without a previously issued Return Authorization number from our Customer Service department.
When sending an item(s) back to us, please note (on the original packing slip or sales invoice) your Return Authorization number, which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is or are either unopened used. If you have had an allergic reaction, please describe what happened on the packing slip. Please also write "Att: Returns dept." and your Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping container.
Please note: shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. Additionally, in the event of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of our error. If you use a mailing label we send you and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund or credit. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
Your credit card will be credited for a refund within 30 days of our receiving your return shipment or otherwise approving a credit.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to return an unopened item in its original condition/packaging and would like an exchange, please follow the above procedure to return it to receive a refund. You may place a new order for the new item(s) you want at any time.
If we shipped you the wrong item or quantity by mistake, we will re-ship the correct item(s) to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped an incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost for you to ship that item back to us, or arrange for it to be picked up at our expense.
If the item arrived damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by email at customerservice@sustainableyouth.com or by calling (888) 246-1993 in order to receive a replacement at no additional cost. We may request that you to ship the damaged item back to us at our expense.
If individual items purchased together at a special price as part of a 'kit' are returned for a refund, the amount refunded shall be determined by deducting the regular prices (in effect on the date the order was placed) of items retained by the buyer from the special price originally paid for the kit (unless the items are being returned due to a shipping error or damage).
All returns and credits are subject to our final approval.

Our standard shipping method is via FedEx Ground.
We do offer faster service via Next Day Air and Second Day Air.
Please note that some methods are not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

PRICING
