Meet our CEO, Denise DeBaun

I am anti-aging. I believe that youth is a natural and sustainable resource that can be experienced by anyone and renewed indefinitely over time. In fact, I am an advocate of everyone experiencing the freshness, vitality, condition and quality of feeling and appearing youthful at any age. That's why I created about Sustainable Youth®.

Denise DeBaun, President and CEO of Sustainable Youth® Technologies, has leveraged her expertise as an entrepreneur and brand development specialist to create a global green beauty and wellness brand based on organic, natural science. Denise is responsible for organizing an elite team of scientists and industry experts in the development, marketing and distribution of all Sustainable Youth® products. Under her direction, Sustainable Youth® has created the breakthrough organic compound Alasta® and formulated a range of clinically proven cpsmecutical and nutraceutical treatments that provide more youthful-looking, healthy skin from the inside out.

Her leadership role with Sustainable Youth® Technologies allows her to combine her passion for organic and sustainable practices with a visionary’s perspective on the future of the beauty industry. As a lifelong proponent of the green movement and student of more holistic Eastern practices and philosophies, Denise is leading the charge to harness the power of natural ingredients and sustainable practices to redefine green beauty for the next generation.

As a sought-after industry expert , prior to her role with Sustainable Youth® Technologies, Denise was founder of a successful business development and consulting agency, and she has been a senior-level executive responsible for some of the most successful brand launches in the industry. The most notable include Obsession and Eternity fragrances for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren fragrances, Oscar de la Renta, Geoffrey Beene, and the private label brands for Victoria’s Secret, Intimate Brands/Bath & Body Works, Abercrombie & Fitch and Henri Bendel., consumer and trade publications on current trends. 

In addition to a B.A. in Business Education from the School of Health, Nursing, Education and Arts from New York University, Denise is a graduate of the Michael Scholes School of Aromatherapy.
